Technical Sales Director (Industrial Sector)

We are looking for a powerhouse Technical Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the Industrial sector. The Mission
  • Drive growth and own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying industrial leads to negotiating high‑value contracts.
  • Be the technical authority, acting as a true “Sales Engineer.” You don’t just talk about solutions; you collect samples, run on‑site tests, and diagnose chemical reactions to provide ironclad technical recommendations.
  • Manage and expand our distribution channels while acting as a trusted advisor to key industrial decision‑makers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, representing the brand at major industry events and turning technical data into winning business strategies.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the solutions you sell are executed to perfection.
What You Bring
  • A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of proven success in industrial water treatment sales.
  • Deep knowledge of chemical applications and a “field‑ready” attitude. You must be comfortable with on‑site sampling and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional leadership, sharp negotiation skills, and a hunger to exceed KPIs.
  • Ready to travel (approx. 33%) to meet clients where they are.
