Mustang Cat is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Product Support Sales Representative to join our Gas Compression sales team in Houston, TX. In this high-impact role, you will represent the trusted Caterpillar® gas engine brand, manage key customer relationships, and drive the sale of engine parts, service solutions, and technical support across the oil & gas industry.

What You'll Do

• Promote and sell Caterpillar gas engine parts, service solutions, and technical support
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers reduce owning and operating costs
• Handle technical inquiries, follow-up communication, and issue resolution
• Provide accurate quotes, manage contract reviews, and oversee sales coverage
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
• Partner with internal service teams to ensure seamless customer support

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent industry experience considered)
• 3+ years' experience in gas compression, oil & gas, or heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of engine principles
• Proven sales and customer service success
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
