Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, build customer relationships, and support sales growth. You'll manage leads, provide product information, and help drive revenue through consistent follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend products/services
• Meet sales goals and track activity in the CRM
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and order updates
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle questions professionally

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
• Organized, goal-driven, and able to multitask
• CRM experience is a plus
• High school diploma required
