Key Responsibilities
  • Establish & nurture channel partner relationships to drive growth in your assigned region, support and develop local distribution growth plans.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, delivering and following up on proposals and pricing quotes.
  • Provide enablement to partner sales and marketing resources through trainings, certifications and sales efforts.
  • Prospect and onboard new partners who have a shared desire to align strategy and resources to help deliver value to our mutual customers.
  • Co‑sell with partners on strategic deals, and be an evangelist internally for resellers.
  • Work cross‑functionally to manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, navigate closing processes, and consistently achieve individual sales quotas.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling Software/Technology solutions, with proven experience in Commercial and SMB sales (Vendor – Distributor – Partner
    - Telco).
  • At least 5+ year sales closing experience; experienced with carrying a quota.
  • A hunger to learn and commitment to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Proactive and highly motivated, working self‑reliantly and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $75,000-$120,000.

In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
