experienced Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high‑volume dealership. Our Sales Consultants are passionate about delivering the finest new and pre‑owned luxury cars, SUVs, and hybrid vehicles on the market. • Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering an unparalleled luxury experience
• Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of Lexus products and services
• Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process
• Participate in product and sales training courses
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow‑up, generating repeat business and referrals
• Set and achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards

• Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum 3 years of Toyota, Lexus or Luxury Automotive Sales experience
