Responsibilities:
- Ensure an industry leading customer experience in the store by modeling brand standards as well as monitoring customer feedback.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome and actively seek out customers and build relationships.
- Assist in store flips and merchandising direction, to maintain product freshness in the store.
- Maximize store sales by upselling and providing the customer with the needed knowledge to purchase.
- Help ensure that the store's inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss the features and benefits.
Desired
Skills & Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role (1-3+ years).
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience with POS software and Shopify (preferred).
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
