We are looking for a full-time Business Development Representative who can help grow our business by developing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining an active presence with both existing and prospective customers. While the preferred location is the Houston area, remote candidates may be considered depending on their home base of operations and ability to meet the travel and business requirements of the position.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying target customers, developing and following up on sales leads, maintaining ongoing client relationships, supporting Company sales forecasting, and serving as a direct liaison with customers. The role will involve visiting client operating facilities, pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with established customers, and coordinating with Company operations to remain engaged with active projects and future opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Meet regularly with targeted industrial and petrochemical clients to develop, establish, and maintain key relationships with decision‑makers and contacts in maintenance, turnaround, construction, procurement, and other relevant functions.
- Promote and pursue opportunities for small‑cap and large‑cap projects, turnarounds, and maintenance services with industrial clients across the country while developing and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Represent the Company at industry and client events
, including trade shows, lunch-and-learns, client meetings, and relationship‑building activities. Solicit client feedback, maintain regular client interaction, and develop market knowledge to strengthen relationships and identify future business opportunities. - Provide clients and prospective customers with appropriate Company marketing materials and follow up on sales inquiries, proposals, and potential opportunities. Respond to client questions and obtain additional information necessary to advance opportunities and support the pursuit of new work.
- Collaborate with Company management and appropriate departments regarding prospective opportunities
, including unique scope requirements, commercial considerations, scheduling needs, and other project‑specific requirements, to position the Company for the best opportunity to successfully secure the work. - Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
, including follow‑up before project execution, during active operations, and after project completion. Help ensure customer expectations are addressed and coordinate with the appropriate Company departments to resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner. - Participate in good‑faith commercial discussions and negotiations on behalf of the Company, within established authority
