Business Development Representative Italian

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team and support Xometry’s growth across international markets. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and build long-term partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses across industries such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and more.

• Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management
• Achieve established sales plans and individual KPIs
• Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain effective communication with customers through calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate and high-quality customer data in Salesforce
• Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through assigned and acquired customer accounts
• Represent Xometry professionally in communication with customers across various industries

• Experience:
  
  First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluent Italian and English is mandatory
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, negotiate, and achieve results
