Dermatology District Business Manager - Heartland

Role:
District Business Manager (DBM), Dermatology, overseeing sales team in the Heartland region, with a focus on performance management, strategic planning, and customer relationship development.

• lead hiring, coaching, and developing dermatology sales representatives;
• execute and measure sales plans to meet or exceed product goals;
• conduct customer calls and organize district meetings;
• analyze sales data, monitor competitor activities, and identify market opportunities;
• collaborate across departments and foster strong healthcare provider relationships.

• bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees a plus),
• at least seven years of pharmaceutical/biopharma experience with three years in sales leadership, preferably in dermatology;
• proven success in team leadership, talent development, and complex market navigation;
• strong understanding of payer environments and healthcare systems;
• excellent relationship-building skills;
• willingness to travel extensively within Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, and Minnesota.
