Business Development Manager_down
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, account management, or commercial leadership within the Oil&Gas - Offshore industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with owner/operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial end users.
- Proven success identifying and securing major project opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of industrial products, engineered solutions, or pressure containment technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, opportunity management tools, and business analytics.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with in refining, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, nuclear, hydrogen, renewable fuels, or carbon capture industries.
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies.
- Technical understanding of piping systems, pressure equipment, engineered connectors, sealing technologies, or related industrial products.
- Experience influencing engineering specifications and project standards.
