Sales Development Representative

Qwikkit is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and grow our sales pipeline. The SDR is one of the first points of contact for prospective customers and is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, identifying sales opportunities, and connecting qualified prospects with the appropriate sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and wants to grow a career in sales while helping shape a growing function at Qwikkit.

• Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to targeted properties and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs, interest, and sales potential using established qualification criteria.
• Convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities and coordinate effective handoffs to the appropriate sales team.
• Execute outreach through phone calls, email, and social media.
• Maintain accurate and timely prospect and activity information in Salesforce.
• Consistently follow up with prospects using established contact strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Team leadership to support pipeline development.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve sales strategies and processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Ability to ask effective questions, listen, and identify customer needs.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up and administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable working toward measurable activity and sales goals.
• Ability to learn products, customer applications, and sales processes quickly.
• Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
• Previous sales, customer service, business development, or prospecting experience is preferred.

This is a new and growing function at Qwikkit, giving team members an opportunity to help shape our sales development processes and best practices. As the team grows, opportunities may become available for leadership within Sales Development or advancement into other roles across Qwikkit.
