Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence and revenue by effectively managing client portfolios and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in sales or account management roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
