Aegon Consulting Group is growing our Houston team and looking for a Sales Representative who is motivated, personable, and ready to learn.
This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided, so you don't need years of sales experience to get started.
You'll work directly with customers and clients, learn our sales process, support marketing campaigns, and develop skills in sales, customer service, communication, and business development.
What You'll Do- Connect with prospective and existing customers
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Present products, services, and solutions
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Help generate new business opportunities
- Support sales and marketing campaigns
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and team training
- Track customer and sales activity using CRM tools
- Work with the team to meet individual and company goals
