Aegon Consulting is expanding our Houston team and looking for a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee who wants hands‑on experience in business, client relations, project coordination, sales, and leadership.
This is an entry‑level opportunity with training provided
. You’ll work closely with our team, learn how projects and campaigns come together, and take on more responsibility as you develop.
- Help coordinate day‑to‑day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities
- Work with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forward
- Assist with client communication and relationship management
- Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentations
- Track project activity and provide updates to leadership
- Help with customer and sales initiatives tied to client campaigns
- Learn how to train, coach, and support new team members
- Develop skills in communication, leadership, organization, and business operations

A degree is helpful but not required
