About the Opportunity

Houston Impact Team is currently hiring a Campaign Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Houston, TX
.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign execution.

Campaign Marketing Associates work directly with customers while supporting the daily execution of client campaigns. You'll help increase brand awareness, educate customers on available products and services, generate new customer opportunities, and contribute to overall campaign performance.

No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing professional development to help team members build their skills and prepare for additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Build relationships with prospective customers and identify new opportunities
• Educate customers on client products, services, programs, and current promotions
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales goals
• Assist with the daily execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performance
• Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign results
• Assist customers with questions throughout the enrollment process
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and professional development training
• Support newer team members as you gain experience within the role

• Customer service, marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
