Commercial Sales Specialist

Based in Houston Texas, the Chill Brothers is an HVAC distribution and service business focused on commercial customers in the Greater Houston area. The Chill Brothers are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to spearhead our HVAC commercial sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a confident, goal-driven personality who excels at building relationships and closing deals. Join our team and help deliver innovative HVAC solutions to businesses while driving growth in the commercial sector.

• Conduct cold canvassing to identify and engage potential business clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with commercial clients.
• Present HVAC services and solutions to businesses and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Proactively monitor and support existing business clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
• A confident, outgoing personality that thrives on building professional relationships.
• Goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple leads and client interactions.
• A passion for continuous learning and growth in the HVAC industry.

• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or door-to-door sales is a plus.
