About the Role:We’re hiring District Sales Managers ready to take the next step in their aesthetic medical device sales career.
This role is designed for proven closers who want more ownership, higher earnings, and a path into leadership. You’ll continue to run a full sales cycle while playing a key role in driving performance across your region.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with on-target earnings of $200,000 - $250,000+ and significant upside for top performers.
What You'll Do:- Own your territory: prospect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close
- Use cold calling, social selling, field visits, and events to generate pipeline
- Present MDelite’s device platforms to physicians & practice owners
- Maintain CRM organization, forecasting, and weekly reporting
- Travel regularly to customer sites, trainings, and trade shows
- 2–3+ years of medical device sales experience
- A proven track record of closing business and hitting/exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to generate your own pipeline
- Confidence selling to physicians and high-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, self-driven mindset with a focus on performance
- Willingness to travel 20-30% within your territory
- Uncapped commission with $200,000 - $250,000 earning potential
