Role Highlights

• Drive Regional Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that increase brand awareness, generate revenue, and strengthen Audley's presence across the North American luxury travel trade market.
• Build Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate and grow relationships with host agencies, independent travel advisors, and key industry contacts across your territory.
• Represent the Audley Brand: Attend conferences, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions while delivering engaging training sessions and presentations both in person and virtually.
• Make an Impact: Collaborate with agency partners on co-operative marketing initiatives, manage budgets effectively, and contribute to achieving ambitious regional growth targets.

It Would be Great If

• You have proven field sales experience, ideally within luxury travel or the wider travel industry.
• You possess an extensive network within the travel advisor and agency community.
• You are a confident relationship builder with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• You are highly organised and able to manage a large territory independently.
• You are well-travelled and passionate about inspiring others to explore the world.
• You are comfortable travelling regularly throughout your region (approximately 60-70% travel).

What's In It For You

To be considered for this position, you must reside in Texas. This role covers a broader territory, including Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma & Arkansas

Salary between $80, dependent on your location and experience.

Discretionary annual bonus plan.

90-100% coverage of insurance premiums

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

• One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called Hire Vue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
• A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
• Two stage face to face interview process with two of our Hiring Managers.
• Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
