岗位职责开发批发客户： 主动拓展建筑商（Builders）、装修承包商（Contractors）、室内设计师（Designers）及经销商（Dealers）等B2B客户。
客户关系维护： 定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
产品推广与销售： 向客户介绍公司橱柜、浴室柜、定制衣柜等产品，提供专业的产品推荐及报价。
项目跟进： 与设计、采购及安装团队协调，跟进客户订单及项目进度。
市场开发： 收集市场信息，分析竞争对手及客户需求，寻找新的销售机会。
销售目标： 完成公司制定的销售目标，定期汇报客户开发及销售进展。
任职要求- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户开发能力，积极主动，责任心强。
- 有建材、橱柜、家装、房地产或B2B销售经验者优先。
- 熟悉 Houston 及周边地区建筑、装修市场者优先。
- 能够使用英语与 客户进行日常商务沟通。
- 具备独立开发客户、拜访客户及维护客户关系的能力。
- 持有有效驾照，能够外出拜访客户。
- 具备团队合作精神，愿意学习产品知识。
