Whatnot Seller

Job Purpose Dream Big Collectibles, an SG Property Management operation, is hiring an experienced Whatnot Live Seller for our Houston location. This is a full-time, on-site, on-camera sales role. Most live shows will feature Pokémon cards, with some sports cards and other trading-card products.

Previous hands-on experience personally hosting and operating live sales on Whatnot is required. We need someone who understands how to run a show, engage the chat, present products accurately, keep auctions moving, and turn viewers into repeat customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Host energetic and professional live sales, auctions, breaks, and rip-and-ship shows on Whatnot.
• Present Pokémon, sports cards, and other trading-card products accurately and confidently.
• Explain products, card condition, sets, rarity, and key details to viewers.
• Engage the chat, answer questions, and maintain a steady and entertaining show pace.
• Operate Whatnot seller tools and follow platform rules and company procedures.
• Prepare products and listings before each live show.
• Keep sold items organized and correctly matched to each customer.
• Build a loyal audience and encourage repeat customers.
• Assist with inventory, listings, and order preparation before and after streams.
• Communicate sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory needs to management.

Qualifications & Competencies
• Previous experience personally hosting live sales on Tik Tok, What Not, or Ebay Live is required.
• Knowledge of Pokémon, sports cards, or other trading cards is preferred, but knowledge of both categories is not required.
• Willingness and ability to learn the product categories used in our live shows is required.
• Comfortable on camera, energetic, personable, and able to improvise during a live show.
• Dependable, honest, organized, coachable, and able to follow established procedures.
• Comfortable using livestream equipment, computers, spreadsheets, and online selling tools.
• Experience with card breaks, rip-and-ship, auctions, Tik Tok Live, eBay Live, card shows, or collectibles retail is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation, Schedule & Location• $16 per hour.
• Full-time, on-site at 9730 Windfern Road, Houston, TX 77064.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
