• Identify and quote the appropriate technical solution to meet the customer requirements
• Enable growth by providing the Outside Sales team with quotations, technical answers/solutions, and order management support
• Liaison with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and external representatives to optimize business.
• Support all customer service functions and assist as needed
• Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts
• Provide technical training to clients and employees
• Communicate customer feedback for customer experience information and future product development
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure sales quotes are accurate and on time
• Participate in Lean events with active involvement in CI initiatives
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervision immediately as noticed
• Candidate must reside in:
  Houston TX, or surrounding areas
• New hire orientation is provided
• On the job training on processes, procedures, and product assembly

• PPE requirements include safety glasses and steel toes

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering; or equivalent technical sales and customer service experience (4 years of CSR or TSR experience)
• 2 years of technical sales experience with similar control valve products
• Proficient experience in sales and ERP system software
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• 1 year experience in control valve sizing program
• Strong technical solution and development skills
• Must be able to apply ideas in the technical field to practical business problems
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts and designs clearly
• Experience in negotiations and the ability to establish mutually beneficial commitments and expectations with customers
• Knowledge and the ability to adhere to export control regulations
• 2 years of experience in project management and customer presentations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Is open to change and new information

• Minimal climbing stairs, lifting up to 10lbs., reaching, twisting, stretching, pushing, pulling, standing and walking.
• Constant collating/filing, using a keyboard and mouse, viewing computer monitors, dialing, sitting, standing, seeing, hearing, writing and speaking.

• Advanced in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience in quoting software and tools
• Advanced experience in control valve sizing program
