The Selling Advisor provides personalized customer service and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This role builds long-lasting client relationships and contributes to sales goals in the Women's Shoes department.
Responsibilities- Use appropriate selling behaviors to exceed sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base.
- Build product and brand knowledge.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on consultative selling, store events, and client development.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
