Our client, a rapidly growing company in the food industry, is seeking a Food Scientist to join their team. As a Food Scientist, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Lead product development and reformulation projects from concept through commercialization.
• Apply sensory science and food technology to support formulation and innovation across core categories.
• Monitor and report the status of all active R&D projects, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges by applying food science principles.
• Mentor and train R&D Technicians, overseeing task assignments and skill development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development or a Master’s degree with less experience.
• Hands‑on experience with bakery, dressings, marinades, sauces, or beverages.
• Strong understanding of formulation, scale‑up, and commercialization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
