• Patrol property by vehicle and on foot, ensuring a safe and secure environment
• Manage door screenings, access control, and lock/unlock procedures
• Support morgue duty, package delivery, animal deliveries, parking, traffic control, and response calls
• Prepare accurate incident and departmental reports
• Operate and monitor security technology systems, reporting issues as needed
• Assist motorists, provide escort services, and relieve dispatchers when required
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate Public Safety Officers on your team

This is a full-time position. Officers work within a healthcare campus environment and may rotate across posts. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You are considered ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree

• Required: Minimum 2 years as a Public Safety Officer or related experience.

• Required: Valid Class A, B or C Texas driver's license.

• Preferred: International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certification.
