Now Hiring – Part-Time Security Officer (High-Profile Commercial Properties) Set Schedule

• Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  (24 hours per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Part-Time Security Officer to support high-profile commercial properties during weekend evening, overnight, and extended-hour shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong customer service skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain access control and monitor building activity during assigned shifts
• Conduct patrols and report maintenance concerns or security issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, guests, and vendors
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
• Document daily activity, patrols, and incidents using company reporting software
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times
• Uphold company and client policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience (commercial or high-rise preferred)
• Active Level II or Level III license (as required by state law)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts:
  Friday overnight + Saturday/Sunday 14-hour shifts
• Strong communication, customer service, and situational awareness skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage responsibilities with limited supervision

Pay & Performance

Compensation is based on experience and performance. Officers demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and strong service standards may be considered for additional hours or future full-time placement opportunities.
