Garda World Security Services is now hiring for a Tactical Field Supervisor - Armed in Houston and Greater Houston.

  Overnights – must be available for variable shift times
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hr

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Valid Level 3 security license in Texas
• Own Level 3 equipment including firearm, duty belt, 2 pairs of handcuffs with keys, 2 non‑lethal weapons (spray and baton)
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record
• Stable work history
• Reliable transportation
• Can climb stairs, walk, stand, sit for long periods
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry)
• Willingness to work odd hours under pressure
