In this role you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The position requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your daily responsibilities.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time – Wednesday 11:00 AM – 04:30 PM, Thursday 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM, Friday 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, potential threats, or hazards to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures related to carrying and handling firearms as part of an armed patrol post.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

• Five or more years of security-related experience.
• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III armed certification if applying for a position in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
