Pay: $22.00 per hour, with Daily Pay or Weekly Pay options available.

Schedule:

Monday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM;
Tuesday 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM;
Wednesday 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM;
Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior or unauthorized access, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  
  Maintain a visible presence within the location to help deter theft, vandalism, and/or other disruptive behaviors.
• Follow all company protocols and procedures as set by Allied Universal and the location management.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established guidelines.
• Collaborate with local law or emergency responders as required by the situation.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain current on security-related procedures and best practices.

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience or 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license as required by law.
• Have a Level III armed certification if applying in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
