Unarmed Security Officer Position, TX

We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77089. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday from 10pm-4am. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 hourly. Working smart phone with active internet plan and a vehicle in good condition.

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites.

• Customer service.
• Familiarity with detailed report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
• Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
