We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our pool finishing team as Plaster Pool Laborers
. In this role, you will assist in applying plaster finishes to swimming pools and spas, performing prep work, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. No prior experience is required, but construction or pool industry background is a plus.
- Assist in the preparation of swimming pool surfaces for plastering (cleaning, acid washing, trowel prep, etc.)
- Mix and transport plaster and other materials to the application site
- Apply plaster materials under supervision using trowels and other tools
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Load/unload materials and assist with job site setup and breakdown
- Perform general labor as needed on-site
- 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred
- Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Team player who can take direction and hustle
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments
- Reliable transportation to and from office in Houston
