Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company operates a branch in Houston, Texas, providing commercial and industrial roofing services. We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities- Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, and low‑slope metal systems.
- Install and repair roofs with commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
- Work well in a team setting.
- Work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Comfortable climbing a ladder up to 60 ft and being on a roof.
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.
- 2+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Able to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Usted será el líder del equipo de servicio y responsable de investigar, localizar y reparar fugas y defectos en los sistemas comerciales de techado EPDM, PVC, TPO, techado construido, betún modificado y metal de pendiente baja. Gestionará proyectos de techado comercial de principio a fin y garantizará el más alto nivel de artesanía.
Responsabilidades- Mantenimiento y reparación de techos.
- Realizar el trabajo de acuerdo con las especificaciones y pautas de seguridad.
- Mantener una interacción profesional con todos los clientes.
- Administrar el equipo, completar el papeleo requerido, asistir a reuniones y ayudar en la capacitación de los miembros.
- Al menos 18 años de edad.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de techado.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
- Bilingüe, inglés y español.
- Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras regularmente.
- Capacidad para trabajar a alturas y en diversas condiciones climáticas.
- Habilidad para comunicarse bien con clientes, supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.
- Iniciativa, integridad y adaptabilidad.
- Experto en tecnología.
