Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Underground Utility Foreman located in Houston, TX. The Underground Utility Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the utility crew, overseeing pipe installation tasks, and ensuring that all construction procedures comply with safety protocols. Daily tasks include managing a single crew to install sewer & water lines, assist training new employees, and communicating with project manager & superintendent to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Knowledge of installation procedures
  • Ability to adhere to safety standards and regulations
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Experience in underground utility work (Sewer & Water Lines)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with HCSS Heavy Job a plus
