You’ll lead installations, handle maintenance and repairs, and ensure every fryer, oven, and fridge runs like clockwork. Reports to Service Manager.

Employment type:

Full‑time. Travel up to 25% (mostly training).

• Diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Handle on‑call rotation and complex troubleshooting.
• Keep vehicle, tools, and parts organized and ready.
• Mentor or learn from experienced technicians depending on level.
• Share best practices and collaborate with the team.
• Lead and follow safety protocols for installations and repairs.
• Perform safety checks on tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Use tablet to document work orders and reports.
• Partner with customers, manufacturers, and sales reps.
• Use creative thinking for challenging repairs.
• Know when to call in reinforcements.

• Associate Technician: Entry‑level with mechanical aptitude or technical education.
• Service Technician: 1–2 years experience in kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
• Senior Service Technician: 3+ years and proven mentoring ability.
• Technical or trade school training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong communication skills and independence.
• Travel up to 25% in the first two weeks.
• Background check and drug screen pass.

• Lift up to 75 lbs safely.
• Stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb as needed.
• Use hands and tools with precision.
