We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of physically demanding tasks under supervision while maintaining high safety standards.

• Safety Compliance:
  Strictly adhere to Cemex and OSHA rules and wear the proper safety equipment.
• Safety Standards:
  Strive to meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Excavation and Digging:
  Execute digging, excavating, trenching, and back filling operations with precision.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Concrete Work:
  Construct and dismantle forms for concrete and assist with mixing and pouring.
• Minor Repairs:
  Perform maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Additional Duties:
  Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Physical Tasks:
  Bend, squat, stoop, sweep, and shovel as required.

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with MSHA or OSHA, operating hoses, unloading material, rail car operations, and related business duties.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Adjustability to different tasks and work environments.
• Consistent performance and attendance.
• Prioritizing safety in all operations.

• Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is mandatory.
• Dynamic environment:
  Work in varied conditions including outdoor industrial settings.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Frequent walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of daily routine.
