Electrical Foreman

Location:
Houston, TX (On‑Site)

Compensation: $110,000–$120,000

About the Position

The Electrical Foreman is a critical leadership role with a direct impact on the success of each project. This position is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. Foremen working with our Client are empowered with modern field technology and ongoing training to support project execution and professional growth.

Position Details & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Project Superintendent and other trade partners to oversee assigned scopes of work
  • Manage material flow and manpower to ensure schedules and project milestones are met
  • Enforce and promote strict quality control and safety standards on the jobsite
  • Utilize company‑provided technology (including iPad and smartphone) to support productivity, documentation, and communication
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate field personnel assigned to designated scopes
  • Maintain accountability for jobsite performance, efficiency, and workmanship
What We’re Looking For
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • MUST HAVE EXP WITH HIGH RISE CONSTRUCTION 15+ STORIES
  • Progressive electrical leaders who embrace technology and are seeking a clear career path
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing scope and leading multimillion‑dollar electrical projects
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Basic computer proficiency and written communication skills required
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and leadership in the field
