• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to make their home more clean, comfortable & protected.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances is preferred.
• Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Can use a smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
  English proficiency.
• Can continuously lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs).
• Can reach outward, handle objects, stand, walk, sit, and type.
• Can frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
• Can occasionally reach above shoulder.
• Can drive an automatic-transmission vehicle.

Experience:

1–2 years.

Road Warrior (75% or more).
