As a Service Plumber / Technician, you will represent the company in the field, solving plumbing issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll work closely with dispatch, maintain state-of-the-art tools and vehicles, and most importantly, be the teammate others rely on and enjoy working with.

• Experience Level: All levels considered; compensation based on experience
• Proven ability (or willingness to learn) to generate a minimum of $25,000/month in revenue using company-provided equipment
• Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of residential/commercial plumbing systems
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check is required

• Maintain regular communication with dispatch to ensure job efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Perform high-quality work to company standards
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Respond quickly and effectively to plumbing emergencies while on call
• Be a positive, reliable teammate who contributes to a great work culture
