• Drywall repair / patching / caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and minor electrical
• Painting interior and exterior

• 5+ years paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
• Proficiency in carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting and basic electrical
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and standard tools
• Background check passed
• Legal US citizen
• Fluent in English

*$XXX sign‑on bonus after 90 day probationary period.
