Location:
Locations all over the US! Pay: $25 - $35/Hour (Depending on experience!)
Hours:
Monday thru Friday // 6AM – 6PM
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The operator will be responsible for efficiently moving earth by scraping and loading material into the scraper bowl for relocation or removal, ensuring the ground is even and ready for the next phase of work.
Responsibilities:- Operate heavy equipment, specifically Scrapers, Excavators, Haul Truck, or Blade Operator.
- Perform cutting to grade, evenly leveling the terrain.
- Conduct pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of the equipment.
- Report any mechanical concerns or issues to management promptly.
- Ensure professional conduct and appearance according to the site’s code of conduct.
- Communicate effectively and maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety.
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment on a commercial job site.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Experience in commercial construction, civil construction, grading, and earthwork.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow OSHA standards.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
