Are you ready to embark on a thrilling career and save the day with cutting‐edge technology? We are actively seeking motivated and customer‐focused individuals to join our team of Surveillance Technicians. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the setup, installation, and repair of electronic surveillance and communications equipment. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We provide comprehensive on‐the‐job training.

- Customer Charm: Use your communication skills to be the superhero customers didn’t know they needed. Punctuality is critical.
- Tech Creativity: Build, configure, maintain, install, relocate, and program equipment.
- Lift Heavy Stuff: Lifting gear up to 60–70 lbs., daily workout.

No need to be a tech guru – just bring eagerness to learn.
- Punctuality
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time, often returning same day; occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Ability to thrive in outdoor conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 60–70 lbs. and transporting equipment.
- Proficiency in driving a ½‐ton pickup truck.
- Experience towing a trailer.
- Comfort working on construction sites and safety‐sensitive locations.
- Willingness to work on ladders and at heights >10 ft.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Successful completion of drug test and background screening.
- Vocational training or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a technician (automotive, CCTV, satellite, TV/cable, construction).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting transport systems (LTE, satellite, point‐to‐point).
- Experience with low voltage systems (12‐VDC, 24‐VDC, 110‐VAC).
