We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Houston, Texas. We also have one relocation opportunity to our newest development in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE.

A Bit About the Role

• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
• Delivers various communications to residents as needed
• Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
• Must be able to work on-call
