Audio​/Visual On-Site Project Manager; Houston

At NCS, we are looking for hands‑on, on‑site leaders who bring our projects to life—safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The On‑Site Project Manager (OSPM) position is responsible for field‑level execution of projects as outlined by the Project Manager and completing projects assigned to them on‑time, on‑budget, safely, to the highest NCS quality standards and with exceptional customer service.

This position is tasked with the field‑level execution of policies and strategies that are communicated by their Project Manager to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable Project Team culture. This position is essential to driving field‑level on‑the‑job training and mentoring for all field‑level employees under their charge.

• Manage High Job/Project Complexity on the Field Level
• Oversee and at times assist with the installation of video walls, conferencing systems, etc.
• Handle Multiple Field Level Job/Project Coordination
• Generate As Built Drawings
• Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications
• Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of Audio Visual Cabling experience leading installation teams on large projects.
• Certified Technology Specialist certification strongly preferred
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, and BIAMP required. Experience with Audio/Visual Rack fabrication and installation required
• Prior Audio/Visual Infrastructure and Mounting experience (running cables through conduit, sleeves and mounting AV hardware is required
• Must have Networking and VLAN experience
• Experience with Bluebeam desirable
