• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

• Assist or lead daily maintenance operations

• HVAC certification (required)

• EPA and CPO certifications (preferred)

• Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance

• Relevant technical certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO)
