The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 2-3 years’ experience in concrete cutting, slab sawing experience preferred.

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as slab saws, wall saws, wire saws and core drills
• Perform equipment checks before use to ensure functionality and safety
• Ensure equipment is clean and safely and securely stored at Ashton Sawing and Drilling when not in use
• Attend team meetings such as project kick-offs, weekly check-ins and safety meetings

• Shows exemplary work ethic and dependability
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
• Good problem-solving skills and can make sound decisions quickly
• Comfort with asking questions/raising concerns as needed
• Takes direction well and strives to go above-and-beyond

• Must have experience operating concrete cutting equipment
• Thorough knowledge of concrete equipment
• Ability to complete daily activities according to work schedule
• Ability to consistently meet attendance schedule
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Payment range is commensurate with experience
