The University of Houston is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations lead to coordinate carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance, and to assist with scheduled moves and event setup. Under the manager’s direction, you will assign work, inspect progress, train staff, review work orders, ensure safety and policy compliance, and maintain equipment inventories.

High School Diploma or GED, minimum five years of related experience, valid Texas driver license, and
