Ideal candidates hold a TX Journeyman license with 1+ year electrical experience and may have inverter/BESS certs, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid, and networking familiarity (RS485/Modbus/TCP/IP). This is field-based work with safety-first duties.
