LG Barcus & Sons Inc. is looking for an experienced Auger Cast Foreman to lead field crews on deep foundation construction projects.

We want a hands-on leader who understands auger cast pile installation, drilling operations, grout placement, and crew supervision. If you know the trade, can keep a crew productive, and take pride in doing the job safely and correctly, we want to hear from you!

• Lead and supervise auger cast pile crews on active construction projects.
• Oversee drilling operations and auger cast pile installation.
• Coordinate drilling rigs, grout pumps, grout deliveries, and reinforcement installation.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and pile installation requirements.
• Monitor production, pile depths, grout volumes, and installation quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Train crew members, assign daily tasks, and troubleshoot field issues.

• Proven experience in auger cast pile installation and deep foundation construction.
• Previous experience as an auger cast foreman or similar crew leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rigs, grout pumping systems, and reinforcement installation.
• Ability to lead crews, manage production, and solve problems in the field.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and work overtime as needed.
