Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Grounds keeper, Repairs Equipment, treatment of facilities used to pump, store distribute, convey, treat and process water and wastewater. Fix/Repair water leaks, Fix/Repair sewer leaks. Does water samples and testing. Complies with any TCEQ standards and qualifications. Maintenance of streets, drainage, water, and wastewater facilities. Reads all water meters. Grounds keeper should mow, weed eat, and clean alleys and ditches throughout the city limits, and trim any trees hanging over the edges of the roads.
Repairs and maintains all ground equipment and city properties.
Be able to lift minimum of 50lbs. Be able to operate equipment (lawn mowers, weed eater, chainsaws, tractors, backhoe) Be able to stand for long periods of time. Be able to work independently. Pass a drug test. Have a valid Driver's License.
