- Established organization with over a century of experience in building systems and energy services
- Work includes owner-direct and plan & spec / design-build projects
- Project types include new construction, retrofit, and service work
- Industries served include commercial buildings, higher education, K-12, retail, hospitality, municipal, manufacturing/industrial, and food processing facilities
- Services include building automation & integration, energy procurement, EV charging, HVAC energy improvements, LED lighting & controls, and solar solutions
- Install, test, and service building automation systems and associated controls hardware
- Troubleshoot and modify existing BAS programs in live environments
- Rewrite programming sequences and work with pre-packaged libraries
- Support commissioning activities including point-to-point checkout and functional testing
- Coordinate startup, termination, and system integration with installation teams
- 2-5+ years of experience as a Controls Technician, BAS Service Technician, or similar role
- Experience with Alerton systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity servicing Honeywell systems is a plus
