• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an office environment is required.
• Prefer at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in a community college student services setting.
• Experience participating, planning or coordinating outreach activities in a higher education or community setting.
• Experience using People Soft Student Administration or Finance is required.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule (some evening and weekend hours may be required).
• Demonstrate computer literacy skills in Windows, (Word, Power point, Excel).
